  Fifteen years ago, our Founder was in recovery and set forth on a mission to bring together all of the human and institutional successes in the addiction field. This dream is now a reality at The Family in Sunrise, Florida. Our 21st century approach to recovery from addiction and the underlying psychological issues has earned us the reputation as one of the top drug rehabilitation centers in Florida and in the United States.

We understand the cry for help that keeps repeating, “no one understands my pain.” We know people have tried and tried…sometimes with alcohol, drugs and other negative behaviors…yet the pain still exists. We are here to help people learn about themselves, to break free from the chains of addiction forever and discover inner peace.

Addiction recovery begins with the decision to stop using…and then moves forward with a focus on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements of a holistic approach to living a healthier and happier life. We offer a state-of-the-art detoxification process and a non-confrontational, therapeutic approach that is delivered by caring addiction professionals and therapists. Our specialized adolescent program designed to treat youth under the age of eighteen and the specialized woman’s program (Women’s Center for Recovery) are part of our drug rehabilitation centers in Florida.

We are a fully licensed facility and accept most major insurance providers. Once a patient is approved for admission, we can arrange transportation from anywhere in the country before the window of opportunity to transform a life closes.
